Our flagship restaurant, Copper & Crown is the culinary heart of UK Resort. Under Executive Chef Thomas Ashworth — a former Roux Scholar — the kitchen presents a seasonally evolving menu that celebrates the finest produce from British farms and waters, elevated by classical French technique.
The dining room itself is a theatrical setting: soaring coffered ceilings, warm copper pendant lights over ivory-clothed tables and the gentle hum of a room at its most convivial. The wine list, curated by Master Sommelier Elena Marchetti, spans over 900 labels.
Inspired by the great gentlemen's clubs of St James's, The Vault Bar is a sanctuary of amber-lit sophistication. Our master mixologist leads a team creating cocktails that are as much art as they are drinks — each one a considered dialogue between rare spirits, house-made infusions and seasonal botanicals.
The Whisky Library holds over 220 expressions spanning Scottish single malts, Irish pot still and rare Japanese editions. A dedicated aged Armagnac and vintage Champagne selection completes the offering.
Seven floors above Mayfair, our Altitude Terrace is an open secret among Londoners in the know. As the city softens into evening hues, the Terrace comes alive with guests sipping seasonal cocktails and sharing small plates against one of the capital's most coveted skyline vistas.
The menu changes monthly, led by the harvest and the weather — from oysters and Champagne in summer to warming mulled cider and truffle-laden charcuterie boards as winter settles over the city.
For those occasions that demand complete privacy and exclusivity, The Crimson Room seats up to 24 guests in a dining environment of extraordinary intimacy. Rich burgundy silk walls, hand-hammered copper ceiling panels and bespoke furniture create a setting unlike any other in London.
